1. Discipline

• All students must maintain proper discipline at all times. Behavior that disrupts the hostel environment or causes distress to others will not be tolerated.

2. Intoxication

• The possession or consumption of intoxicants, including alcohol, drugs, or any other illegal substances, is strictly prohibited on hostel premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination from the hostel, and the security deposit will not be refunded.

3. Room Rent

• Room rent must be paid on time, as specified by the hostel management. Late payments may result in penalties or disciplinary action.

4. Academic Focus

• Residents are expected to devote adequate time to their studies to achieve their academic goals. The hostel encourages a quiet and conducive environment for learning.

5. Responsibility for Damage

• If any loss or damage is caused by a student, the student will be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. This includes damage to hostel property, furniture, or fixtures.

6. Night-Time Curfew

• The hostel has a night-time curfew. Once the gate is closed at night, students are not allowed to leave the premises. In case of an emergency, a member of the hostel staff will accompany the student.

7. Class Attendance and Tests

• Students must attend classes regularly and participate in scheduled tests. Consistent absences or failure to participate in academic activities may lead to disciplinary action.

8. Behavior and Conduct

• Students must behave respectfully with hostel staff and other residents. Rudeness, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior is unacceptable and may result in disciplinary measures.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Bad habits such as gossiping, spreading rumors, or ignoring hostel rules are discouraged. All residents are expected to contribute to a positive and harmonious hostel environment.

10. Compliance with Hostel Rules

• All students must comply with the hostel rules and any additional guidelines provided by the hostel management. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including termination of residency without refund.
